Bush addresses a rally in Billings, Mont., Thursday.
Bush flew at the 11th hour to several states where
GOP seats in Congress faced strong challenges
from Democrats. In Montana, Sen. Conrad Burns
is facing a close race against Democrat candidate
Jon Tester. The Montana Republican-sponsored event
drew 5,000 people. Outside, a small group of protesters
gathered with large signs. Voting is Tuesday.
